Day 166: Follow Me

Now Jesus, walking by the Sea of Galilee, saw two brothers, Simon called Peter and Andrew his brother, casting a net into the sea for they were fishermen. And He said to them, “Follow Me, and I will make you fishers of men.” Notice the brevity of what He says, “Follow Me.” He didn’t waste a lot of words, He just challenged directly, “Follow Me,” and He left them with just two possibilities – to follow or not to follow. Their lives were bisected at that moment. Something came from the heavenly realm, and they could never be the same again.
