Day 71: What Is Security?

Today I’m going to deal with another practical and important form of security, financial security. In all periods of human history men have always been concerned about security in the realm of finances and material possessions. In recent years the pressures of world-wide inflation have greatly increased this concern and have made it continually more difficult to define satisfactory forms of investment. Jesus says, “Don’t invest in a place that isn’t really secure. Invest in the kingdom of God.” Invest in heaven and God’s purposes.
