Day 52: The Sin of Ambition

I think the greatest single problem that I see is personal ambition in leaders to build the biggest church, to have the longest mailing list, to hold the biggest meeting. I think it’s very, very easy to become sidetracked by personal ambition. And I think it tends to build up barriers between one minister and another. They should want to success with as many other people as possible.
