If you have ever wondered how Derek Prince’s teaching is impacting lives across the Middle East, here is an outreach story from Lebanon that you might find inspiring.
Nabila Hamoud from Beirut was born into a Christian family but, as a young woman, she walked away from her faith and got interested in all things New Age. Then one day she watched a video by Derek Prince on YouTube about witchcraft and how Satan uses it to deceive people.
"While I was watching this video," – said Nabila – "the Lord opened my eyes to the fact that what I was doing was not pleasing Him. At the end of the video there was a prayer of repentance. And I prayed that prayer and decided to get rid of all my New Age books."
Eager to find out more about God, Nabila continued to watch Derek Prince’s videos daily. Then one day she sent a prayer request via e-mail to our Middle East outreach team.
Our workers put her in touch with pastor Ashraf and his wife Salma in Lebanon, who met with Nabila to pray with her and disciple her on a regular basis.
"God set me free from feelings of guilt and shame because I had been doing a lot of wrong things. I thank the Lord for all He has done and is yet to do in my life. Also, I thank Him for the teachings of Derek Prince through which a lot of things have changed for me."
Will you help more believers like Nabila to experience the life-changing power of God’s Word by giving £20 to our Middle East outreach?
- Your generous gift of £20 can ensure that a new believer like Nabila can receive a free SD card loaded with Derek Prince’s books.
- A significant gift of £60 or £150 can help send 25 books by Derek Prince to new believers and to upload resources to our Arabic website and social media platforms.
- And a strategic gift of £1,000 or £3,000 can make possible the translating, dubbing and sharing of Derek’s materials through social media, radio, and TV across the Middle East.
Your gift of any amount, whether big or small, can make a huge difference to someone’s life and ministry – just like it did to Nabila’s.
Thank you for all your love and support for our outreaches and the people we serve.
With deep gratitude,
Albert Salama
